The Apartments of Owl Creek is a cooperative effort of On With Life Supportive Housing Corp. and the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. It is part of an endeavor to offer a continuum of care for persons who have experienced a brain injury, as a part of the mission and vision of On With Life and its affiliates.

Construction of the 14 apartments began in April of 2004 and was completed in December of the same year. Located on two acres of the On With Life at Ankeny campus, the apartments offer safe, affordable, and accessible independent housing for persons who have experienced a brain injury or other neurological impairments.

Amenities include a common room for social gatherings, a large courtyard, individual ground level access, and ample parking. The Apartments of Owl Creek also offers paid utilities and HUD subsidized rent for qualified Tenants. The unique architectural design provides single story units with a country living feel.
